In 2007 HACCP book was implemented in our plant Ubojnia Zwierząt Rzeźnych [Animal Slaughterhouse] PELON ZE s.c.
HACCP System is based on rules of the safe food production determined by Codex Alimentarius Commission and on quality management principles specified in ISO 22000 norms.

We provide transport services throughout the country. We have our own cars (refrigerated railcars) as well as cars for the transport of livestock/slaughter animals. |

Our cold chambers are able to accommodate even 150 animals. Daily slaughter is obviously determined by the demand. In our company there are 14 workers employed excluding the staff of the transport company which enables our international transport and cattle purchase in the whole Poland. Our company is based on animal purchase in the whole Poland. I and my children deal with sale and finance, and my wife deals with purchase. Together, we have existed for 25 years and we feel responsible for our company. Despite the passing time, we are developing the company. Our food is healthy and safe, and the products are of high quality. Feel invited to cooperate with us, see our gallery and use our offer. Our company is interested in cooperation both in Polish and foreign markets. |
